pitstop server

good day,

i just downloaded the free trial of pitstop server. i understand the basics of what it does, and what it could do for me. im hoping that other prepress people could throw me some real-life info on how it has improved your department, and maybe some things that i might not realize about it. im very interested in taking a much larger step towards a more PDF-intensive workflow, and am trying get an idea of how this tool could fit into my workflow.

btw, im a rampage user, so it would be a bonus to here from fellow rampage users as well!

Although not a Rampage user.. I use PitStop Server.
Very powerfull tool - automation, preflight, auto-correct... if you can write an action list for it it will perform it on the fly! CMYK black text to 100K text, etc, etc.. you get the point I'm sure.
I have a few basic hot folders I use on an everday basis.
> CMYK
> SpotColor
> Grayscale
> iGen3
> EmailWeb lProofs
..and a few others for random stuff.
The first 3 are for our offset work, the iGen for digital printing.
Any questions in particular? I'd be glad to try and answer.
