Stupid Question...

Had to format my mac and zero out the entire drive today... long story...

Anyway nearly got everything back up and running again. Before I had configured Tiger to always open PDFs in Acrobat and never in preview. Can't remember how I did? Did I just delete preview?

You should just be able to click on the PDF, hit Command "I" for Info, and change where it says "Open with" from preview to Acrobat.

That's how I roll.

makes sense... this is one of the few areas where windows has the advantage. windows 'folder options' control panel is far superior whne it comes to defaulting filetypes.

In the same "info" window there is an option to "Use this application to open all documents like this" Click "Change all"
