Links in PDFs?

If I wanted to put a URL in my PDF how would I go about making it a link? This may be an easy question for most but if y'all can detail it for me I'd appreciate it! Thanks in advance. Have a Great Thanksgiving!

easiest way to do that is in acrobat -> view -> taskbuttons -> advanced editing. click there on the link button and drag a square where you would like the link to be.
fill in the url and finished. you can also define links in indesign, juts in case you work in indesign.

cheers dimitri

Most apps these days have whats called "Hyperlinks" I know I've used it in InDesign and had to remove all kinds of them in Word and Publisher documents but the tool is there so you can "define" links as URL before distilling the doc.
