PDF missing bottom of pages

Got a postscript file from a customer that was created on a windows PC from Publisher. Letter size 6 pager. When I distill to PDF some of the type and images are covered up on the bottom of the pages, at least thats what it looks like. Anyone got any ideas the customer is a non-pro and asking her is not going to help.

Sounds like it's maybe a margin problem in publisher when she made the PS file?

is there a second page with the cropped off stuff?

All 6 pages are cropped at the bottom in the same place. Some of the text is half there. If I select what seems to be a box surrounding the line of text the missing half shows up. There are no extra pages. Yes the PDFD will open in Ai. but with missing fonts. Thats anouther problem PitStopPro gives an error about type 3 fonts that are embedded but not supported and they are listed as letters, TTAEoOO and TT1AFo00.
Herees a look at the page they grey box on the bottom is where the problem is there should be another line of text and more of the tint box. The outline of the box previews if I select all but it's not filled all the way to the bottom edge.
