Edited image drops down in the page layout?

Why is it that my edited image in Acrobat 7 suddenly drops down to the lower left of my page.

That is after editing it in Photoshop and save.

Is this a bug or there's something wrong with what im doing here?

Updating photoshop fixes this.

You need to update Photoshop.
