Let's face it. It's easy for us, we sit in front of the access point all day with the ability to read and post only a few clicks or taps away. Aside from "Front office" people, vendors and maybe the occasional production management types, no one working in this industry has that kind of access. How many bindery guys do you know that are talking about posts on message boards around the coffee pot in the morning?
