thank you for your reply, very informative. so the real issue, regardless of the app it is created in, is whether the PDF file is 1.4 or higher, this "segmenting" should not take place.

we use a prinergy workflow, and we never get this issue, we only get it when provided to us like that, so i will get on the horn with this customer and aska few questions.
