We also use WsFTP Server and have for several years. It works very well. We then recomend that our customers use Cyberduck, or Fetch if connecting from a Mac. And WsFTP Pro or just IE if connecting from a pc. I have also found that Fire FTP plugin for FireFox works fairly well as well.
