You can use the Color Value Correction tool to add or subtract to the white point of the profile for augmenting paper simulation. This will calculate the correction throughout the profile rather than just at the 0,0,0,0, index, which could cause banding/hard transitions. To derive the desired CMYK values a bit more automatically, create a new spot colot in your spot color editor using the Lab of the paper sample and iterate until you get the desired match, than alte yout mx4 via the Color Value Correx tool to thos CMYK values.
