placing is the best and safest method

copy pasting complex illy artwork can lose some attributes when in indy - so it's best to have a very good proof read.

if it were my choice i'd go with what the printers are asking - simple as that. copy pasting is a lame excuse, and if it went wrong we all know where the blame will lie....
