Every time I drag and drop into indy, it places the file, and shows up in the links window. I know it was an issue in PM, and maybe early versions of indy, where you would drag an image in, and it would OLE it, but in CS2/3, it doesn't seem to be. Infact, in CS3, you can drag multiple images in and place them all at once, which is a great time saver. In any case, i've never had any issues (res., color, linking, ect.) with dragging and dropping images into Indy CS2
