Your humidity is ok, all im saying is that we had problems with our printers due to low humidity. Espcially on the hp 5500uvps printer... but that's another story. I don't really know what to tell you other than to try to increase the humidity in the room. You could mop the floor to achieve a humidity increase quickly and see if it improves print quality. However, I've never had any problems with the epson satin, the canvas is another story but never satin.
