it can be adjusted...there are settings in the printer and with rampage there are some settings at the RIP...something to do with the gap or paper speed...it's been a long time

if you've had it less than a year, I'd call Epson tech support...they've walked me through a few things

Bottom line, if they make a printer to print at 360 dpi, then it should
