Well...it looks like the thread has gone dead over at the Quark site. Not really surprised. I'm not going to Graph Expo in Chicago this year but my boss is so I've asked her to swing by the Quark booth and ask them how to place a PDF with transparency into a Quark 7 document. She'll do it too!
