We had Photoshop CS3 installed but took it off for some anoying bugs.

I did get a chance to use the black and white feature however.....it works quite well.

it's sort of like an automated feature of what I've been doing for years.......when there's a color picture that has to be converted to gray and, for example, red is on a dark blue background (ie, type) and you know you won't be able to read it, you'd go into - Image-Adjustments-selective color and adjust before the conversion.

I can't remember the CS3 dialogue box but I think its a little bit better than doing it the old way. More control and stuff.
