Definitely check for reflow if you go down this route. Also anything created in a later version of Quark that relies on a specific tool such as bezier curves or tables, won't make it past version 5, curves will, but not tables etc.

If you're really desperate you could save the page as an eps, open it in Illy and paste that content into Indy.

As with all work arounds though it's something of a bodge
