You can also find a print shop that has all the versions of Quark required and pay them to open up the Q7 files, downsave to 6, open in 6, downsave to 5, open in 5 and downsave to 4. Then you can open the Q4 document in InDesign.

It shouldn't cost much, and they might even do it for free if you are a good customer and it is only a couple of files.
