Huh? You just said you had the artist rebuild it in Freehand because that's all she has and now she hates you. How did she originally do it in Photoshop if all she has is Freehand? You've confused me.
Seriously, either you need to open it in Photoshop and correct bleeds / colours / text / and then place it into InDesign to place your dieline or if you can't correct in Photoshop have the person that did it originally to fix it in Photoshop. Re-creating it in Freehand is so far out into left field I'm flabbergasted anyone would consider it.
