Hi all,
I am also interested in workarounds for this... where I work we have an offsite submission for students/tutors called DocWorks. You can submit a PDF or print directly from any app and then we are supposed to produce the job on site. Only prob is at submission time you can choose to view a preview, which always looks fine, but the printed copy will have boxes throughout the text.Happens on about 2% of jobs. I've already argued with management over this as there's an option in the submission software to OK the display proof and go straight to print, which obviously doesn't always work! Which means we are at fault! Any suggestions??
Cheers, Tony
