I don't think their system is that great, to me they are way over managed and people wait way too long to get help when there is a serious problem. I think the U.S. has got this huge money making monkey in the middle of the patient and the doctor relationship and this monkey is in it for the money and calling most of the shots using a slew of lawyers enacted by Congress. And what is with this open enrollment crap---translation----restrict compitition. Another words if you feel your insurance company is f'en you over--- your stuck! And what is it about HMOs not covering pre-existing conditions, what, are we car parts or something? Now, you got all these talking heads and politicos out there yacking about putting caps on lawsuits because someone maybe faking or something--BS! They really are talking about profits for the insurance companies which I didn't buy into a year ago but I do now. So, to get back on track with this thread I may add "Damn I'll take that job, it only pays $10 an hour but its got Blue Cross Blue Shield, yeehaa!
