EVERY YEAR we have to fill out new applications for health insurance because the cost goes up. That causes the boss, who truly does want to provided this benefit, to shop for cheaper health care. In the past 17 years we've probably had 6 different insurance plans.
Of course employees are shopping for better benefits because it's too costly for them to afford on their own.

Legal crooks though! I know folks who bust their can at their job but they can't afford the company's insurance and found better insurance on there own. Still not the company's fault. Times are changing and the shit is going to hit the fan in a few.
