Not to jump off thread here but that is another thing that bugs me in America's job market-- getting jobs because of their benefits, most cases it's health insurance. What the hell does it tell you that one goes after the job only because of benefits or health insurance? Now, the younger folks maybe confortable with that but someone who goes back aways sees something not square with that. Money is number one and future advancements of one form or another and how one gets along with the management and how they may fit in and of course what benefits they have. But it seems benefits have become the dominate factor in what job to choose and how much dental care they have. I don't blame the printers at all for this, it's an American problem. When General Motors says that it spends more on healthcare than steel and metal to build its cars then there is a serious problem! Hell, most of GM's employees spend a chunk of their own money to match GMs.
