ahh james - just to clarify - as i'm in a mess today - seem to be all over the place - glad its friday!!
if you do traps in illy and import a eps into indy it will see and honour your traps - but careful - dont scale the image down as the trap goes with it.....
and if you trap an ai file and copy paste it, it will/should be seen by indy and honoured as well - just be very vigilant when copy pasting between indy/illy - a few have had issues here.
