We just switched about 6 weeks ago and we like Prinergy better... but it's a lot to know and the operators loose their comfor zone for a while... and it's a PC server so file name restrictions and admin are "PC-ish"
Make sure you devote the proper person(s) as much as possible during startup assistance, it's more important/useful than the training class!
And make sure you don't lean on the Brisque and/or focus on daily turnarounds... it's important to get going on Prinergy and find and fix issues while the tech is there.
Preach/practice "Brisque is gone, get over it, don't look back" etc...
