I turned off the script that was causing it to consume all the resources, and am now running it manually - the just rebooting the server...Only solution I came up with until I can find a solution..
It appears no one has ever heard of the specific problems before - getting blank looks from all my resources.
If anyone is familiar with the Apache Statistics CRON job, i'm all ears. Appears to max out Vmem when it trys to do the log rotate.
