ha, i think this guy is a windows user. i've been looking for software like this too (but for osx). i found xtime planning pretty useful, but not exactly geared towards the printing industry. most software you find will be very intensive professional project management software. so, it may end up being overkill.

franklin offers one i believe, but i think it's a bit much $$ for a simple scheduling tool.

my advice would be to create an excel database. thats what i ended up doing.
