Madmac beat me to it, those are the only limitations that I know of on Xserve boxes, I really don't see not having AppleTalk printers is actually a limitation here, since we do everything through hot folders.
We have two Intel Xserve boxes and I love them, it smokes anything else we have in the building, even the new PC servers. I actually had to slow down one of the boxes w/ Nexus, since it was too fast for one of our other servers feeding one of the output devices. First time I have ever had to do anything like that.
Also Nexus does not run native on Intel Xserves yet, so Nexus is actually running in Rosetta. AWS says we should be getting a native version later on in the year.
