If you are applying for a Prepress Manager position, go heavier on the Technical and Managerial skills and less on the graphic artist style that the resume is oozing in.

If a company is looking for a PP Manager, they are probably struggling with either an about to be fired manager or someone who has or is about to quit. They will want someone who can come in and take over without any technical or managerial training. No one will hire a graphic artist for this position. At least no one you would want to work for.

***edit***

Don't leave out your Graphic Arts experience, use it as a "I can walk the customers through anything because I have been there" portion of the resume. That is something people will see as a positive for the position.
