Our place is like a semi-retirement home....the average age must be around 55...I'm a young pup at 46.

With older employees you might get one of 2 things:

1. They are very experienced and therefor very good at what they do.

or

2. They are too old with medical problems or no motivation.

We see both kinds around here.
