I by no means am suggesting you follow suit "ala vee", but I was hanging out at my Apple Techs shop the other day talking about that..
He said
1) Leopard is *really* optimized for the Intel.. if it aint Intel, don't rush out to load the new OS!
2) Also, (as always) he suggested DO NOT HURRY! Yes, it's exciting, but give it some time.. DO NOT LOAD ON PRODUCTION MACHINES - YOU WILL BE SORRY.
That's just what he told me. He could be right or wrong.
But he's never given me ANY bad advice over the past 8 or 9 years. :wink:

I was excited as could be, until I talked to him about it. I'm going to wait until several dot updates are out, and then load it on my laptop (non production) first. After I get comfy w/ that. I'll consider loading it on a workstation. I tend to hold off until some great new app forces me to change OS.
