Just find the darkest portion of the image, and read what the Cyan channel is. Since there is 100% cyan in the process recipe for reflex, this should get you there.

Actually, you could just go to your cyan channel and convert it to grayscale (other channels will be discarded), save as TIFF and place in your layout at 100% PMS - the screening is already taken care of.
