heh! Sorry - my comment about Illustrator was slightly tongue-in-cheek.
Yeah - we get a similar thing when supplying files to some Chinese firms we deal with. Sometimes converting the files back in Illustrator takes long that actually doing the job itself (OK - Slight exaggeration!). It's annoying when you've proofed the job from the Artpro files only to then have to rip them apart again to send them out.
