We have a konica c500....same crap. Skew, walking (color & print), bounce (2mm or so), shrink (keep your stock in a controlled area). Just learn to deal with it...find a happy spot...don't over tweak or you'll drive yourself nutz.

Have fun...some days are better than others. Have your service tech help too. Keep ALL feed rollers clean & have them replaced when needed. This is a big help with duplexing.
