azura plates vs others

My head pressman has tested these but we're testing fuji also and right now running kodad sword excell.
The pressman likes the azura over the sword. So far he doesn't like the fact that the fuji plates are so sensitive. As he says it "if alittle bit of spit gets on one while you're talking it ruins the plate." and the light sensitivity and just touching it.
Any thoughts?
