There is no pattern at all. Position varies. Size is usually about 1/2 mm. Usually no more than one or two on a plate... but most plates are fine. Processor has been flushed, cleaned, rollers changed etc. The work area/environment is very clean. It is an intermittent problem and those are the worst kind. But, it's a problem that will not go away.

We've been using these plates for several years. What experience has everybody else had with them?
