I do a few spot color layouts in InDesign daily and I always use Microsoft's collection because its free and easy to search. I have 12cd package too but I'm too lazy to open it sometimes.

says volumes about you. Clip art isnt really for commercial use. Have you ever read the fine print to the CD's or Microsoft's library? I'd almost be willing to bet you are infringing copyright on a daily basis.
