i sincerely doubt it. you see its the dot pattern that is causing the moire in the noise you want to produce. so in a perfect world you may be able to do 1 of 3 things
1) change your angles on your dot pattern to help reduce it (as others have said)
2) find a stochastic printer (otherwise known as FM screening)
3) use a dye sublimation printer (in my opinion you would get the best results here)
