Hi Design3.
If the job is NOT 4col process then you could play around with the screen angles on the proofing device and then produce plates/films at said angle.

Depends on the purpose of the filter applied to the picture really. The noise pattern probably wont show up well being output at 133 or 150 screen surely.

I have had this before and basically I was stuffed and all I could do was alter the angle of output to minimise the problem.
