Pay particular attention to the second page where you setup color management in acrobat and pitstop. Try that and then run the convert to cmyk action list again on the original PDF with the RGB images (not the one you converted already).

Depending on the colors in the original RGB stuff, you may or may not see a change in color when you convert to CMYK.
