Sounds intersting. We could use something like that. However, my concern would be the integrity of the ?software? in terms of being bug-free. Last thing we need would be to have our master images damaged. Not implying that your solution would cause havoc ? just pointing out my biggest concern.
I am interested as our department creates the marketing collateral and we have over 3,000 images that the designers actually link to the ?master? file. After we get final approval to priint the job, we go throguh ?manually? and resize and sharpen the images based upon the printing condition. Obviously, this can be time-consuming, nut the resulting qwuality is worth it. Anything that helps automate that task is worhty of some investigation.
How much? When is the release? Is this a plug-in? Script? Standalone?
