OPI comments are removed by normalizer.

We require customers to save in 1.3 or lower, I haven't tried saving those same files down to 1.2, how would I backsave to v1.2? I don't think newer versions of distiller let you distill pdf's anymore, and if I have to save as EPS to save it down to 1.2, I'm not saving any steps for the workaround I already have in place.
